Commission on preliminary consideration of anti-doping rules violations of RAA RUSADA rendered the decision that made athlete Giniyatov Adel (water polo) whose sample returned an Adverse Analytical Finding for carboxy-THC metabolite (class S8 of the 2026 WADA Prohibited List) ineligible for 2 years for violation under cl. 4.1 and cl. 4.2 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, starting on the date of the decision, namely May 6, 2026, with credit for the served period of provisional suspension, namely from April 20, 2026.
