RUSADA draws your attention that, according to the comments to Article 2.10 of the World Anti-Doping Code, athletes and other persons must not work with coaches, trainers, physicians or other athlete support personnel who are ineligible on account of an anti-doping rule violation or who have been criminally convicted or professionally disciplined in relation to doping. Violation of this requirement may result in imposing ineligibility of up to 2 years..
The Court of Arbitration for Sport (Lausanne, Switzerland) set aside the decision rendered by the Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee of RUSADA No. 38/2022 dated September 30, 2021, that made the athlete Slepov Alexey (biathlon) ineligible for the period of 12 months for violation under cl. 2.4 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, approved by Order No. 947 of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation dated August 09, 2016.
The Court of Arbitration for Sport rendered the decision that made the Athlete ineligible for a period of 24 months, starting from the date of the decision, namely September 05, 2023, with credit for the served period of ineligibility, namely between September 30, 2021, and September 29, 2022.
The Court of Arbitration for Sport (Lausanne, Switzerland) set aside the decision rendered by the Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee of RAA RUSADA No. 53/2022 dated December 16, 2021, that made the athlete Bogatyrev Ilya (boxing) ineligible for the period of 12 months for violation under cl. 4.4 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules.
The Court of Arbitration for Sport rendered the decision that made the Athlete ineligible for a period of 20 months, starting from the date of the decision, namely September 05, 2023, with credit for the served period of ineligibility, namely between October 07, 2021, and October 06, 2022.
Commission on preliminary consideration of anti-doping rules violations of RAA RUSADA rendered the decision that made athlete Prokofyev Dmitriy (athletics) ineligible for a period of 2 years for violation under cl. 2.2 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules approved by Order No. 307 of the Ministry of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy of the Russian Federation dated April 13, 2011, starting on the date of the decision, namely August, 2023, with credit for the served period of provisional suspension, namely from June 24, 2022.
Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee of RAA RUSADA rendered the decision that made athlete Starchenko Yuliya (boxing) ineligible for a period of 18 months for violation under cl. 4.1 and cl. 4.2 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, starting on the date of the decision, namely June 29, 2023, with credit for the served period of provisional suspension, namely from June 16, 2022.
