RUSADA draws your attention that, according to the comments to Article 2.10 of the World Anti-Doping Code, athletes and other persons must not work with coaches, trainers, physicians or other athlete support personnel who are ineligible on account of an anti-doping rule violation or who have been criminally convicted or professionally disciplined in relation to doping. Violation of this requirement may result in imposing ineligibility of up to 2 years..
The National Center for Sports Arbitration rendered a decision against athlete Pravdina Mariya (bodybuilding) for violation under art. 4.5 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules.
RAA “RUSADA”’s appeal was upheld by the National Center for Sports Arbitration thus making the athlete ineligible for 4 (four) years, the period commencing on November 23, 2025.
The National Center for Sports Arbitration rendered a decision against athlete Nabiulin Artem (freestyle) for violation under art. 4.4 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules.
