On the basis of the Admission of anti-doping rule violations and acceptance of consequences form received from the Athletics Integrity Unit, signed by athlete Sukharev Kirill, Commission on preliminary consideration of anti-doping rules violations RUSADA, rendered the decision that disqualify the results of the athlete for violation of Rule. 32.2b of the 2012-13 IAAF Competition Rules, in the period from July 4, 2013 to July 14, 2014.
