On September 30, 2024 the National Center for Sports Arbitration rendered a decision against athlete Motlokh Sofia (taekwondo) for violation under cl. 4.1 and cl. 4.2 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules.
The National Center for Sports Arbitration changed the decision of RAA RUSADA Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee No. 74/2024 dated March 15, 2024 to sanction the Athlete with a 2-year period of ineligibility, starting on the date of the decision, with credit for the served period of provisional suspension, and sanctioned the Athlete with a 2-year period of ineligibility, starting on the date of positive sample collection, namely September 24, 2023.
