Russian Surfing Federation, following the decision by RAA RUSADA, rendered the decision that made athlete Kotsur Evgeniy ineligible for 3 months for violation of art. 2.1 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on October 02, 2018.
