Russian Blind Sports Federation, following the materials provided by RUSADA Disciplinary anti-doping Committee, rendered a decision that made athlete Trofimov Maksim (cycling) ineligible for 4 years for violation of art. 2.1 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on June 15, 2017.
