Russian Blind Sport Federation, following the decision by RAA RUSADA, rendered the decision that made athlete Lukyanchikov Nikolay ineligible for 18 months for violation of art. 2.1 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on October 4, 2019.
