Russian Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined Federation, following the decision by RAA RUSADA, rendered the decision that made athlete Maksim Kipin ineligible for 18 months for violation of art. 2.1 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on March 7, 2018.
