Russian Powerlifting Federation, following the decision by RAA RUSADA, rendered a decision that made athlete Gubenko Juliya ineligible for 4 years for violation of art. 2.1 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on November 23, 2017.
