By its decision of May 15, 2017, the Court of Arbitration for Sport located in Lausanne (Switzerland) cancelled the decision of the Sport Arbitrage at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on cancelling RAA RUSADA decision about recognizing coach Lyudmila Fedoriva (track and field athletics) ineligible. The Court of Arbitration for Sport recognized coach L.V. Fedoriva guilty of violation of art. 2.5 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules and imposed the sanction as a period of ineligibility of 4 years, from the date of the decision, that is starting from May 15, 2017. The ineligibility period from rendering decision by RUSADA on September 22, 2015 to the cancellation of the decision by the Sport Arbitrage at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on May 17, 2016 will be counted in the total ineligibility period.
