Commission on preliminary consideration of anti-doping rules violations of RAA RUSADA rendered the decision that made athlete Kadin Sergey (kayak/canoe) ineligible for 3 years for violation of art. 4.1 and art. 4.2 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on October 5, 2022, with credit for the served period of provisional suspension.
