Commission on preliminary consideration of anti-doping rules violations of RAA RUSADA rendered the decision that made athlete Kiselev Dmitry (handball) ineligible for 3 months for violation of art. 4.1 and art. 4.2 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on July 29, 2022, with credit for the served period of provisional suspension.
