Russian Rowing Federation, following the decision by RAA RUSADA, rendered the decision that made athlete Minchukova Ekaterina ineligible for 2 years for violation of art. 10.11.1 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on May 24, 2018.
