On January 27, 2025 the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS, Lausanne, Switzerland) delivered an arbitral award related to violation under cl. 4.5 (Tampering or attempted tampering with any part of doping control by an athlete or other person) of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules by athlete Kirienko Anastasiia (boxing).
The Court of Arbitration for Sport set aside the decision issued on 7 July 2023 by the National Center of Sport Arbitration on upholding the Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee of RUSADA decision to apply 2-year period of ineligibility and sanctioned the athlete with a period of ineligibility of 4 years starting as from March 2, 2023.
