On November 13, in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, the National Anti-doping Agency of Turkmenistan "NADAT" and the Russian Anti-doping Agency "RUSADA" signed a statement of intent on cooperation in fight against doping in sports. The document was signed by the "NADAT" Chairman Rasul Charyev and "RUSADA" Director General Yuri Ganus.
The statement provides for the further signature of the fight for sports clean from doping memorandum; cooperation in anti-doping educational activities organization and realization, and development support of the established in 2017 Turkmen National Anti-doping Agency.
