On June 28, the "Improving Legal Mechanisms for Protecting Rights in Sports" roundtable was held at the SILF venue, moderated by Viktor Blazheev, Rector of Moscow State Law University.
Veronika Loginova, Director General of RUSADA, addressed the audience on the current state of affairs regarding the anti-doping program in Russia: "Our main mission is to protect the health and fundamental right of athletes to fair competition. In addition to the main testing plan – in-competition and out-of-competition, this year we organized testing at the BRICS Games. More than a million athletes a year attend our educational programs, including young athletes from the age of 7, which is a very big contribution to strengthening zero tolerance for doping in sports!"
