RUSADA priority is the development of anti-doping policy at the regional level. To this end, a specialist responsible for anti-doping support (AD Coordinator) has been approved in each region of the Russian Federation. According to RUSADA requirements, this Coordinator conducts anti-doping activities in the region.
In order to increase the efficiency of the work of regional institutions and AD Coordinators, RUSADA has ranked regions according to the amount and level of anti-doping work performed in each subject of the Russian Federation.
