Since December 2021, Veronika Loginova has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA). She is a recognised expert in anti-doping and sports law, with over a decade of experience in developing and implementing clean sport policies at both national and international levels.
Veronika Loginova began her anti-doping career in 2010 at RUSADA. She later moved to the Federal Medical-Biological Agency (FMBA), where she focused on anti-doping support within the pharmacological care of national sports teams. In 2017, she was appointed Head of the Anti-Doping Support and Interagency Cooperation Division at the Department of Science and Education of the Russian Ministry of Sport. In 2020, she became Advisor to the Rector for Anti-Doping Programme Development at the Russian International Olympic University.

Since 2024, she has been an Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Law and Public Administration, National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE), contributing to the training of future specialists in public administration and anti-doping regulation.
As an expert representing the Russian Federation, she has participated in task forces of UNESCO and the Council of Europe, and was elected as a member of the Medical and Anti-Doping Commission of the European Olympic Committees (EOC). She has represented Russia in official delegations at major international sporting events, including the Olympic Games in Sochi (2014), Rio de Janeiro (2016), PyeongChang (2018), and Tokyo (2020), as well as the European Youth Olympic Festival in Erzurum and the European Games in Minsk.
