The Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne (Switzerland) set aside the RAA RUSADA Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee's decision No.123/2021 dated May 27, 2021, to acknowledge athlete Selikhov Yuriy (bobsleigh) as having not violated the anti-doping rules, and sanctioned the Athlete with a 3-years period of ineligibility for violation under cl. 2.1 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, which were approved by the order of the Ministry of Sports and Tourism of the Russian Federation dated April 13, 2011 No. 307, starting on July 13, 2023, with credit of the served period of provisional suspension, namely between June 08, 2020, and May 27, 2021.
