In accordance with paragraph 1. 3. 2 of the all-Russian anti-doping rules, we ask you to take the following measures to assist in conducting doping control tests:
1 Inform the responsible specialist in the RAA RUSADA for coordination of work with your sports Federation about cases of finding individual athletes and / or sports teams in the quarantine mode, indicating the reasons for taking quarantine measures against athletes and athletes ' personnel and providing appropriate supporting documents (scans of passports with marks of crossing the borders of countries after visiting which the duty of self-isolation arises; scans of sick lists; orders and orders of the authorized bodies of the sports Federation).
2 in order to reduce the risk of infectious diseases, we recommend the following measures for the preparation of doping control points on the territory of competition and training facilities, namely:
a) daily sanitizing of premises intended for doping control procedures;
b) if available - use of ultraviolet antibacterial irradiators;
c) if available, provide them at the request of doping control inspectors in order to avoid possible accumulation of a large number of athletes and sample collection personnel in a limited area in one room.
