Margarita represents the Russian Federation as the Chair of the Ad Hoc Group on Protection of Whistleblowers in anti-doping (T-DO WbP) of the Anti-Doping Convention Monitoring Group.
Margarita Pakhnotskaya has more than 10 years of educational experience in universities of Russia and Europe, as well as management in education and business communications.
