One of the priority tasks of RUSADA and the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation is the development of anti-doping policy at the regional level. Almost every subject of the Russian Federation has appointed a specialist responsible for anti-doping support, who plays a key role in the coordination and implementation of anti-doping programs in the region.
For 6 years, RUSADA has been rating regions. The Ranking clearly demonstrates the volume of anti-doping work performed in each region of the Russian Federation.
In 2023, compared to 2022, 7 more regions became leaders in the Ranking:
- Kurgan Region
- Moscow
- Novosibirsk Region
- Chuvash Republic
- Ryazan Region
- Samara Region
- Sverdlovsk Region
Thus, 24 regions of the Russian Federation took first place in the Ranking at the end of 2023, scoring the maximum 100 points.
