On June 29, 2020, “Therapeutic Use of Prohibited Substances and Methods” webinar was organized by the Russian Anti-Doping Agency “RUSADA” and the All-Russian Athletics Federation’s Anti-Doping Committee.

The webinar was led by Victoria Badtieva, Head of RUSADA TUE committee, corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, professor, doctor of medical sciences.

The main attention was paid to the aspects of TUE application process and the role of athletes support personnel in contributing to a conscious and meaningful critical attitude to doping practices among athletes. Key issues concerning therapeutic use of substances and methods prohibited in sports in medicine in accordance with the provisions of the International Standard for TUE were also examined
