Initiating and coordinating TUE and Anti-Doping Disciplinary Committees` activities

In compliance with the WADA Code and International Standard, RUSADA initiates and coordinates activities of 2 independent committees:
- Therapeutic Use Exemption Committee (TUEC), which is in charge of handling and granting TUEs and delivering relevant decisions in line with the International Standard for TUE.
- Anti-Doping Disciplinary Committee, created to conduct fair and impartial hearings in regard to athletes committing anti-doping rules violations.
