Results Management and TUE

In line with Article 7 “Result management” of the WADA Code RUSADA`s Result Management Department developed procedure of anti-doping rules violation investigation.
In case of adverse analytical finding in an athlete`s sample RUSADA carries out the first analysis for the detection of the following:
- If a TUE stipulated by WADA`s International standard for TUE was granted;
- If there is a deviation from the International Standard for Testing or the International Standard for Laboratories, which may serve as a reason for AAF.
In case of absence of TUE or a deviation from anti-doping rules which may serve as a reason for AAF, RUSADA immediately notifies the athlete, the International Federation and WADA of AAF detected in the athlete`s sample. 
After this in accordance with Article 8 ‘Right for Impartial Hearing’ of the WADA Code, the documents are submitted to Anti-Doping Disciplinary Committee.
